Mohamed MASMOUDI
Mohamed MASMOUDI is a chartered accountant, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Tunisia, graduated from IHEC Carthage and holds a Master's degree in “Accounting, Management and Auditing from Paris IX Dauphine University.
He began his career in 2006 by joining Ernst & Young Tunisia where he spent 8 years.
In 2014 he was co-founder of the Management & Audit Services firm.
Today Mohamed MASMOUDI has significant experience in auditing, consolidation of accounts according to local accounting standards or IFRS, implementation of consolidation software, budget development, dashboard development ,
design and implementation of internal control system and internal audit.
Mehdi MASMOUDI
Mehdi MASMOUDI is a chartered accountant, member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Tunisia, graduated from IHEC Carthage.
He began his career in 2007 by joining Ernst & Young Tunisia where he spent 5 years.
In 2012 he created his own firm, and in 2014 he co-founded the Management & Audit Services firm.
Today Mehdi MASMOUDI has significant experience in auditing, financial restructuring of companies, strategy consulting and change management, transaction consulting, implementation of budget development systems, development of dashboards, support for the implementation of information systems.
